Take Out script to handle a sales ticket line take out item

Ideal for countries like Germany and Switzerland where Customer Off-premise purchases (like take outs) are offered at same as On-premise Sell Price including Tax.
This script retains the item retail Sell Price (inc' On-premise) and recalculates the tax margin of Sell Price exclusive Tax.

It could also be possibly used where, for example, a "levy tax" is needed to be added to an item.
